SummitRIDES is our low-barrier, recovery-supportive transportation program.  In 2025, with support from the OneOhio Recovery Foundation, we can provide Summit County residents with countywide transportation to help reduce barriers to sustaining recovery—such as medical appointments, court appearances, recovery services and supports, and visitation with children. 

The first step is to determine your eligibility.  You will need to call (224) 435-4638 to arrange a one-hour intake appointment, where we'll learn a little about you, your recovery journey, and your transportation needs.  We have three intake slots a week, and we will consider all intakes in a month and let the participant know before the end of the month if they will be enrolled for the following month.  The SummitRIDES team is available to take calls between 11 AM and 5 PM Monday through Friday.
